The Fomento de la Cocina Asturiana (FoCo) association, recently recognized with the Concord Award for Hospitality in Spain, celebrates its 40th anniversary this year and does it in style, with the presentation of a book that includes the four decades of history of the Asturian gastronomic entity, in the form of a recipe book signed by its eleven members: Casa Gerardo, Real Balneario de Salinas, Mestura, Casa Fermín, El Asador de Abel, El Retiro, Arbidel, Casa Tataguyo, La Pondala, La Tabla and Del Arco.
