I cook and will cook because I like it, because I am passionate about it.
From a very young age I used to mess around in the kitchens of the “Nevada” cafeteria that my family ran in Oviedo.
They say that for children their parents are the eyes of the world, I think I have always seen the world with the eyes of a cook.
If you succeed in your profession, whatever it may be, it is because you put your whole soul into what you do, that is why we work every day at Arbidel.
